Lets have Genuine Reviews !!!! £85 cost just for 6 months written prescription overall ! For his Skin Problem/Ear Yeast infections. Of Apoquel . Thats without the cost of the Apoquel.. Got cheaper on line. Then they charge on top £80+ for Neptra ear drops each plus consultation fee. A particular vet was confrontational when asked about pricing ! The Receptionist stated " They Totally Independent" But are a GROUP? Since this review she has been unpolite, awkward ,unhelpful to book my dog in. If only it was on CCTV

Receptionist is incredibly rude that refused to sell me a cone for my dog, and tried to make me book an appointment instead! Never had customer service like it. Disgusting.

Today my 2 year old dog took ill when in town. We had to rush her to Whaddon Way vets and when she arrived she was in a poor state and 'critical'. The staff at the vets basically saved my dogs life. I cannot thank them enough and how quickly they sprung into action to help my dog as I ran through their door. I am so grateful to them and thanks to the ladies (sorry i didnt catch your names!) my dog is getting the help she needs. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! Today could have been so different. xxx

I have a 44kg GSD who is terrified of the needle. And goes from calm to a syco in .5 seconds. Ade is totally fantastic with. No messing everything is ready. So calm and after Finn is best friends with everyone looking at what just happened. Thank you. From both of us. 😊

Recently became a dog owner. I brought my dog for her vaccinations. The vet was very friendly, highly knowledgeable carried out her care to the highest standard. All of my questions were answered. The welcome desk was very warm and friendly. I had help taking my Cane Corso back to the car after her jab because it was raining and my mobility was challenged. I highly recommend this veterinary service.
