I have been bringing my dogs, cats and rabbits here for around 4 years. The whole team have been great through many ops, annual care and some sad times. Such knowledgeable and caring staff. I recommend v4p Bletchley to all my friends. 10 time better than my previous vets. Amber who runs the weight clinics has been brilliant for Luna

I visited the practice on Tuesday with my 3 cats for their Annual Vaccinations and health check. This was my first meeting with Amy the Vet who was really lovely. She gave my cats a thorough check over before she administered the injections. She took great care of each cat, they were all very nervous. Amy seemed genuinely interested in my cats and was keen to answer any questions, worries or concerns that I had with them. It was a very positive visit and I would happily recommend this vets practice. The reception staff were also very friendly and professional, on my arrival and exit from the consultation. They even helped me out to my car with one of the carriers as I was struggling with all 3.

We’ve had such a positive experience with this vet practice over multiple visits with our dogs, Teddy and Bear. From the moment you walk in, the team is welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. A special thank you to Amy, who has been absolutely fantastic every time we’ve seen her. She is incredibly kind, patient, and clearly passionate about what she does. She always takes the time to explain things thoroughly and makes sure both we and the dogs feel comfortable and at ease. It’s never easy taking your pets to the vet, but Amy and the team make it a reassuring and positive experience every time.

I can’t recommend this veterinary practice enough. They look after all three of my boys (dogs) and the level of care they provide is exceptional from start to finish. Every visit feels calm, professional, and genuinely compassionate. The team clearly cares deeply about the animals they treat. They take the time to make my boys feel comfortable and always explain everything clearly. What really stands out is the aftercare. They follow up, check how the boys are doing, and make sure everything is progressing well. It’s reassuring to know that the care doesn’t stop when you leave the clinic. If you’re looking for a vet who truly treats your pets like their own, I would highly recommend them. Their kindness, professionalism, and dedication make them absolutely outstanding.

My cat became suddenly poorly and I rushed him here the same day - the receptionist registered us easily and simply and was very kind and reassuring and booked us in with no issue. We saw Pav, who was brilliantly. She quickly diagnosed my cat and did an emergency procedure there and then. She was very kind and explained everything clearly. Unfortunately the next morning, he crashed badly and euthanasia was the only option. We saw Amy for this - the practice wasnt even open (it was 8am) but she saw us with no problem or complaint. She was so kind and compassionate throughout and so were all the other staff I encountered. A very difficult time was made far easier thanks to the team here. I also received a very kind card through the post and his pawprints.

My dogs have been attending this vets for more than 15 years, they love Amy and Doug and are always so well cared for. The team are very quick to recognise and refer to specialists when needed too, both with my Springer for endoscopy and then my rescue cocker spaniel for orthopaedic surgery. They work very well with my insurance company and always ensure claims are processed in a timely manner too. They were very sympathetic when our 15.5 year old dog had to be PTS, even went out of their way to send flowers as she had been a patient for so long and was so well known and beloved.

5 stars isn’t enough. The amount of times I’ve called them for advice and they’ve given it to me, I can’t count. They are always kind and caring (this goes for reception staff too). They’ve put my mind at rest and have given same day appointments if needed. Just know if you register your pet here, they are in the safest hands. I can’t thank them all enough.

So we wanted to registered our kitten today and downloaded the app and we had a nose to tail check voucher on the app when we rang to register our kitten and book her in we was told we couldn't use the voucher as she hasn't been seen before, there is no mension of this in the terms and conditions, all theses vets care about is money not the animals so now I will register the kitten elsewhere and have lost me as a customer. 2nd poor experience today we wanted a deworming spot on for our kitten ad when we got there we was told no one was avaible to prescribe the medication and was told to a different store, we drove to mk pets at home and they had 4 people in there that could theses stores are fairly close so not sure why one store has 4 and the other has 0 very unprofessional
