outstanding service . Always the best care. Mike and Mehmet are two gems at portishead branch and they do an amazing job always.Not to mention the staff at the reception who always greet you with a smile and are super friendly . Big thank you to you all.

Took my little hamster in and was seen by Dr Harry who was very friendly and reassuring. Reception staff are lovely as well, very helpful and was able to get a same day appointment easily. Was a great experience for an anxious pet owner like me, I left with a happy hamster and feeling much calmer, myself. Pricing for a consult is affordable.

I went to the vet for the first time since moving here. Everyone was so kind and professional. The vet was patient and kind and make me feel comfortable. I am grateful I have signed up with them and highly recommend them

In general this is a very good vet practice lovely vets and welcoming friendly receptionists. However when I went today for a lump on my kitten (which was from the vaccination) I had a very rude vet called Nick who didn't even introduce himself or his assistant, hardly spoke to me and when he did it was to try and sell me cat food. Not impressed, luckily this wasn't my first visit otherwise I wouldn't go back. Hopefully I go back to my usual vet next time I visit.

Staff were very sweet and gave my dog lots of attention. I felt sure she was in good hands. They sent me photos and my dog now has lovely clean teeth! Much cheaper than other places as well. Would really recommend
