Priory Veterinary Practice - Stamford

So glad I chose Priory vets Stamford, they are always wonderful with my dogs. My older dog is terrified of the vet and needs to be muzzled just to be looked at, but they treat him with kindness and care, really trying to understand his fears and give him the best experience they can.

Amazing Vets! Everyone is lovely and can see that they really care! Bazil & Maggie have really been treated well here they have both had an operation here and all was successful. Great staff

I just wanted to express how incredibly impressed I was with the service we received last Saturday during our visit for our cats’ annual vaccinations. From the moment we arrived, the care and professionalism were exceptional. After an accident during the trip, your receptionist went out of her way to clean our cat’s carrier, which we truly appreciated it. Tom was absolutely wonderful. He was gentle and calm with both of our cats, exceptionally kind, and took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. His knowledge and reassuring manner made the entire experience stress-free. This level of care is exactly why we are happy to drive 40 minutes to your practice. Our usual lovely experience for the difficult yearly vaccines - she’s cottoned on to what’s probably going to happen now but as usual we were greeted kindly and with a smile - the vet took time to fuss her and put her at ease so it made the whole experience much better ! Priory Veterinary Practice are fabulous! Always knowledgeable, professional and approachable, I find everyone that works at the practice very friendly and helpful. I've recommended them to lots of people already and wouldn't hesitate to recommend in the future.

Amazing Vets, great service, wonderful and caring staff who are both friendly and professional. I highly recommend them and in my opinion they are probably the best in Stamford. No hard sell for products or services you don't need, and prices are reasonable. We recently got a puppy the staff and vets are great with her, and our puppy was quick to love them right back. So far so good; will update this if anything changes.

Extremely professional, thorough, friendly and welcoming. I took my Roman for a 2nd opinion and they did blood tests, scan and health check on the 1st visit as I was very concerned about him. Sadly too late for Roman, but the teams compassion cannot be questioned. Thank you for all your help, support and understanding and thank you for the card and Forget Me Not seeds, yet to be planted in memory.

Very disappointed with this outfit. Joined on reccomdations from various people. My 7 Year old, Greyhound went in for a 'Dental'. I was advised that 1, or 2 teeth would need extracting. When I rang, they said 11 teeth had been removed, without any prior consultation with me. I know that Greyhounds are notorious for having serious denral issues. But this has left my beautiful Boy, very sad. He cannot use half of his mouth to chew. At the very least, they should have called me, before this was done. I am still considering, taking legal advice and action for malpractice. There are better Vets around.
