Welland Valley Vets - Stamford

Lovely practice all the staff very friendly and compassionate. My dog isn’t a fan of vets and they accommodated his quirks and treated him for a TPLO which has healed very well. Highly recommend and Lemmy liked them as much as he’s going to like a vet practice!

A big thank you to vet Rachel and the team at Welland Valley Vets for all the care and help they gave us. We were travelling from Scotland to France and needed help with our epileptic border collie, Coco. Luckily we found Welland Valley Vets and the treatment we received was superb. Coco is now happily enjoying the French mountains !! I would really recommend this practice - the care was outstanding. Thank you again.

I had a great experience with staff from Welland Valley Vets today, my dog had picked up multiple ticks after being away on holiday, one was buried on his eye lid and I was too nervous to try and remove it myself without hurting his eye, and another one had caused a reaction on his skin which concerned me. I spoke to Rachel and Daisy, who were so friendly and they helped by removing the ticks and treating my dog with such care and giving him treats to help reassure him. They helped so much and reassured me as well, when they didn’t have to and I am really grateful. You can tell straight away that they are passionate about your pets well being over anything else, which is great to see.

Great experience with our male Mini Lop Rabbit, Gus. Lovely, friendly and caring staff, including the receptionist. Castration procedure explained fully before operation, and aftercare explained clearly afterwards, helping to give us peace of mind. Back for a free nurse check today and fitted with his post-op t-shirt! Very reasonably priced vets and would highly recommend. Thank you! 😊

We are absolutely delighted with the experience Wallace (Wally) had for his eye operation. The advice was good, the surgery went really well and the after care was excellent. Wally recovered much quicker than expected and we feel reassured that he is much happier and healthier now. They really are a very dedicated team of vet care professionals.

Welland Valley Vets are currently looking after our second cat, after we lost one to cancer in June 2015. They were very thoughtful and supportive back then, making sure we are comfortable with our choices. They are equally great with our new kitten. They truly understand that pets are family members and make sure they feel as comfortable as possible while they are in their care. I hope they will look after Lisa for many, many years!

Have recently registered here with my new puppy and I can’t fault all the help and advice I’ve received so far. When I called to register, reception helped with my many questions and also offered me a free weight check with Vet Rachel. She was great, checked him over thoroughly and made a fuss of him. Very positive experience, thanks!
