We are absolutely delighted with the experience Wallace (Wally) had for his eye operation. The advice was good, the surgery went really well and the after care was excellent. Wally recovered much quicker than expected and we feel reassured that he is much happier and healthier now. They really are a very dedicated team of vet care professionals.

"I don’t usually leave reviews, but everyone here is so friendly and welcoming that I felt I should. It feels really personal and you’re always made to feel at ease. I also really like that you can see the same vet each time if you want, which makes such a difference. You never feel rushed and it’s clear they genuinely care. Would definitely recommend."

Rocky was so well looked after at Welland Valley. The care and aftercare has been excellent in regards to his teeth cleaning and extractions. Rocky has come back relaxed and no stress. Thank you.

Welland Valley Vets are currently looking after our second cat, after we lost one to cancer in June 2015. They were very thoughtful and supportive back then, making sure we are comfortable with our choices. They are equally great with our new kitten. They truly understand that pets are family members and make sure they feel as comfortable as possible while they are in their care. I hope they will look after Lisa for many, many years!

Have recently registered here with my new puppy and I can’t fault all the help and advice I’ve received so far. When I called to register, reception helped with my many questions and also offered me a free weight check with Vet Rachel. She was great, checked him over thoroughly and made a fuss of him. Very positive experience, thanks!
