I wish I could give zero stars. I've just been spoken to like dirt under their shoe as a customer! Simply for asking the reason as to only being able to obtain a months prescription at a time. No compassion, honesty or transparency at this practise. Don't want people like this around my dog. Have only been with them a few months but never again. We have immediately registered elsewhere.

My dog Jessie is a former patient of the Coleford branch, but we have now moved away from the area. After a visit to our new practice today, I did not realise how we took the service for granted before at Coleford. The receptionists are always friendly and have a treat ready on arrival. The vets are great and have a very personal approach. Thank you for our treatment, whilst we were with you. You are definitely missed. 🐶🐶
