Good to begin with but it's now been a week since I reminded them I was due to submit a urine sample from my dog. One reponse came two days after I emailed that didn't say what day would be convenient and when the vet familiar with my dog's health problems would be in work. My response to this in which I requested clarification was ignored. I, therefore, lodged a complaint with the practice and that too has been ignored

All the staff are friendly and helpful. The vet is kind and patient with Nela who is elderly and not too keen on seeing the vet. They explain everything regarding medication and treatment. Excellent vet practice

Great vets! Staff are absolutely amazing and brilliant with our dog, even though she's a nervous nelly the entire time. Patient and polite, lots of animal lovers which is obvious and lovely to see. Never make us feel stupid for worrying over anything and always have great Non-judgemental advice!

Have recently joined with our pup Reggie as the other vets in lydney do not provide pet health club. Also registered our pup due to recommendations. Staff are lovely, waiting areas well thought out with separate space for cats. Appointments are easy enough to get. Thank you xx

The reception staff are so welcoming and caring of the animals in their care and the Vets explained every step of treatment and costs, which we know are a lot, but once explained I understood what was best for my beautiful staffy Stitch, thank you 😊 🙏

Lovely reception area with separate dog and cat areas. Reception staff are very informative and helpful. The vets and nurses take great care to see that your pet is comfortable with the surroundings and make sure they get the best clinical help.

This practice has been truly amazing since we registered with them after one of our dogs unexpectedly became unwell following moving house. They receptionist have always been friendly, welcoming and supportive and the vets and nurses have been supportive, knowledgeable, understanding and caring. I couldn't ask for anything more, I would 100% recommend them to anyone.
