We had a very poorly dog and got seen by Anna the vet within an hour. Decisive action was taken to get our dogs symptoms identified and treatment given. We also received first class advice on how to manage her back to health in the next day or so. Can recommend VineTree vets to be a caring practice with all the tools and skills for any situation. Our little dog is now back on top form! Thanks!

Well what can I say, my dog hated the vets and always has. On the rare occasion we did go to this vets my dog always seemed that little less stressed, both vets and staff always made a fuss of her and gave her treats. Just before Christmas 2023 my dog wasn’t right so we phoned the practice and we where given priority to see the vet (Anna) Anna was absolutely fantastic, caring and understanding, unfortunately we found out my dog was gravely ill and she had to be put to sleep! Our dog was part of the family and she was so loved. Jessie was a 13 year old Labrador and lived the life of luxury, the decision was kind to Jessie but cruel to us. It’s been the worst time for my family and we are still very much upset, vine tree vets have been supportive and just overall fantastic and we can’t be thankful enough. Jessie 07.08.12 - 21.12.23 loved and missed everyday
