Great vets who really helped my Jack Russell. Lots of care shown from the vets, and all staff involved. Prices are very reasonable and expertise second to none. Best vet practice for miles.

I had to call last night as my 17 year old cat was acting really out of character. I couldn't get through to the Monmouth branch, the phones were doing some strange things, so I rang the Coleford branch to ask if they knew if Monmouth was open and the phone lines ok. They were really great in contacting Monmouth on my behalf and checking a vet would be present to see my cat within the next 40 minutes. I took her down and sadly we came to the decision that it would be the most kind option to put her down there and then. The vet acted and spoke incredibly sensitively, and explained how things would go and my options afterwards. Upon leaving, the reception staff were just as kind and I absolutely couldn't fault any of the team I dealt with across the two branches yesterday. I'm so grateful for their kindness and their willingness to help. Coleford could very well have told me to keep trying the line myself but they did what they could to ensure my cat was seen quickly.

Not a happy customer today. Cat had operation last Thursday. I took him to vets yesterday as I was concerned that leg bone had moved. I was sent home with follow up for Tuesday. My cat had a pin protruding from leg last night and it fell out. I'll be on the phone first thing. This vets also uses vets now for their night service. This organisation is dreadful.
