I’ve been to the vets a few times over the last year and my dog has been treated by different vets. Some are lovely ,compassionate and very caring and other ones just make me wonder why they are in this profession . I’ve received conflicting information from vets and constantly reminded that my dog is old so what do you really expect attitude. I went to pick up my dog from an operation and the change over was done in reception ,told stitches were dissolvable and then told I need to get them removed . Recently visited the vet as my dogs tooth seemed sore and gum was bleeding when I brushed it ,only to be told it may be gum disease because he was old and wouldn’t do anything about it just to keep an eye on it . Just total lack of compassion. The final straw was when I was quoted £830/£900 to remove a small wart under my dog’s chin and no guarantee that my insurance would pay out. Just had enough and want my “old”dog to get the care he deserves and know I’m not being robbed ,the prices are absolutely crazy !

Always very welcoming, friendly and professional staff. Very informative, doesn't charge an arm and a leg always gives me options on what medication my Dog needs. They have always looked after my Dog whether it being in the Kirkcaldy vet or Glenrothes. Highly recommended

Lovely caring staff. We havnt been back since Nov 2019 as we had to put our beloved Cooper to sleep. It was heart breaking, but we were looked after and once Cooper was gone they allowed us time with him. Hopefully we will be able to come back again at somepoint in the future. Wouldnt want to go anywhere else!
