Took my 2 kittens for their vaccine and Pauline was excellent. She was friendly, good at calming the nervous kittens and offered good advice in addition to general checks. The reception staff are always welcoming, and the separate waiting area for cats is a great idea.

We had an appointment for our dog's check-up but the vet he needed to see was in emergency surgery. We decided to rearrange but just as we were getting into our car, they called us back. We saw the vet who was very thorough and apologised profusely for our earlier wait. Delighted with service received.

Fabby as normal. 2 vets hadn't had before. Very knowledgeable , and informative. Apart from giving wrong size bottle for one of our boys. But we are all human. No problem. Many thanks.
