To Alexandra and all staff at VetScot, we were heartbroken 💔 to hear our little dog was paralysed in both back legs. However 2 days later he had recovered sufficiently enough to walk out of your clinic. Although that’s not 💯 down to you. The outstanding professional care and attention he received made it possible. 2nd to none. Miracles do happen. Keep the faith. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

What an amazing place. Huge thank you to Ana and the team who looked after our boy Sonny when he was so unwell. Ana was fantastic, so professional, empathetic and understanding. Such an excellent vet. Explained everything and answered all our questions at every point. Called regularly with updates and with everything we needed to know. Looked after Sonny so well, thank you so much.

Brigitte Dantas is not only a highly skilled surgeon, but her interpersonal skills in explaining the nature of the surgery and aftercare were top class. My dog, despite being 14 years old has made an excellent recovery from cruciate surgery. Highly recommended

Dr Nick Bommer is the most amazing vet we have ever met. He is so skilled and knowledgeable and also great with humans too! We trust him 100% with our precious huskies. Reception staff were warm and welcoming. This is truly an amazing veterinary hospital and highly recommended.

From the minute I contacted this organisation it was a great experience. The customer service, care and understanding was amazing. They listen and work with you and made the process very calming and reassuring. Their knowledge is second to none and I’m just pleased I found this place. I would 100% recommend to anyone. Well done there aren’t that many companies like this!

If I could rate this vets 100 stars I would, we had to put our dog nugget in after she was unable to urinate. Nick who was looking after nugget was amazing!! He kept us up to date with everything and I mean everything. After being at a few vets previously we felt like they weren’t being honest with us, when we went to see nick he was very honest about everything which I like. Nugget has now got a tube in place to help her urinate and she is back on the mend. I could not thank nick and his team enough. They are such caring people and I can really tell that they love what they do and are caring about all animals. Pretty sure nugget wanted to stay for a little bit longer because she was getting fed ham and chicken, also getting loads of cuddles from the vet nurses. Thank you guys so so so much for keeping my best friend here and with us. Cannot thank you guys enough.

Great friendly, helpful and professional service. Put my mind at ease when leaving Ziggy in their care. Maria was brilliant explained the process and procedures very clearly and throughly. The after care was fantastic kept me updated at all times, giving me the peace of mind to leave my pet with them.
