Friendly, knowledgeable staff. The vet was great as regards advice, ways forward and was honest in what she said. Not just money oriented. Will use again

My dog was seen and a potentially life threatening condition (pyometra) was missed. I was made to feel as if I was overreacting when I visited and asked for an urgent appointment. My dog had a quick check from the vet in the waiting room and told she was ok. I know my own dog and knew there was something seriously wrong. Lucky we trusted our gut and got a second opinion. She had emergency surgery at the Roundhouse in Glasgow later that night. She Is now recovery well from shoe surgery. I will be changing vet’s. Have lost all faith in Pet’n’Vets.

I’ve moved into the area and couldn’t be happier that my cat is being looked after at this practice. Just routine vaccinations on this occasion but everyone (from receptionists to Vets) has been so helpful and friendly, I feel confident that if I need to call on the team for Hobbes future care that he’s in safe hands.

Always make our dog feel welcome even though he’s not a big fan of other dogs. Friendly, understanding service with the backing of a local network of other surgeries

The best vet ever! The staff are polite, warm and welcoming. Despite isla being a loud barker, protesting being in the clinic amd mostly needing 2 people to hold her still for injections or inspection! I wouldn’t go anywhere else ⭐️

All staff Pleasant & cheery, helpful and good with our pets. Always tell me upfront what cost will be and will advise if I can get a treatment for my cat cheaper elsewhere which is always helpful.
