I’ve been bringing pets here for several years. Rabbits and now dogs. I stopped the health plan as it was getting too expensive for two dogs however the staff are lovely here so I do like the practice.

All the ladies are amazing, our kittens especially our girl actually loves going for a little visit. So caring and compassionate, along with knowledgeable and attentive to the needs of not only our kittens but us as first time cat parents. Highly recommend

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Extremely disappointed with the service I received today. Receptionist was unbelievably rude, kept interrupting me and talking over me. Will not be back and certainly won’t be recommending this branch to anyone. A course in customer service wouldn’t go a miss!

I have been a client with vets 4 pets for a long time, one of the first few to register as the practice opened, registering my beautiful rabbit Jet. Recently I needed an urgent appointment to see the vet regarding my beautiful girl, knowing that eventually, this sad day would come, I phoned and booked Jet in. Jet was nearly 8 years old and well known in the practice and loved like one of their own pets. The decision didn't come lightly to pts my beautiful girl. I praise the vet that day who was nothing but respectful, calming and treated Jet with upmost care as she was prepared to hop over the rainbow. I also cant thank lorna enough for the support she gave me personally, I was devastated. She sat with me in the moments after just telling me story's of Jet on previous admissions, and just supporting me to walk out the door without my girl after giving me all the time I needed. These ladies have so much compassion and empathy. Shortly after I went in for an operation myself and was not able to collect my girls ashes. To the Vets, Nurses and to the receptionists thank you for keeping an eye on my girl until I am fit enough to come get her. Your all amazing 👏

My dogs are a part of my family and their life is precious. If you feel the same with your pet please avoid using vets4pets@EastKilbride. My girl Lily who has a heart murmur, took not well and I rushed her to that place. The young inexperienced vet miss Lam didn’t list to me, instead focused entirely on her heart murmur which had not changed! She wanted to do expensive ct scan and then said it wasn’t conclusive!!! She advised me to euthanise and told me she wouldn’t last the night! I took her home, she gave her an injection and said she was salivating because her lungs were getting full of fluid! NO! the injection was making her salivate! They advised on expensive unnecessary procedures just to get your money with no thought of your pet. She spent the night hallucinating and we were both terrified. Thankfully, she survived because as I had said she had a bug! We all get them! I tried to complain but got nowhere. The manager sides with his staff and tried to say it was all ‘necessary’ and she was right!!! Please avoid them, dangerous money grabbing people who should not be allowed near animals.

Friendly staff and looked after our pup who was in for tumour removal. One thing I would say is to have more than one member of staff trained up to do insurance claim responses as there was a bit of a wait

I have been here on multiple occasions with my girls. Particularly the one below. She has been spayed here, chipped and fixed up when she's been feeling sore or sick. The vet care is undeniable. Such care and attention, happy to take as much information and give back as much as they can to get the full picture for each pet. Always super helpful receptionist staff (who even check in after a visit!) Very reasonable prices. I won't go anywhere else. Thank you for helping my girls. X
