Been going to Taylor at Cathkin or their other nearby branches for the past 15 year with my dog Maisie.(not that she's been lots over that time as she's has really been quite healthy, up until the last 6weeks) She is getting the best care from the Vet, and the reception staff are lovely and friendly. Only negative thing i have to say is that it is very expensive for just a consultation, but not sure whether that's just Taylors or across the board at all Vets All in all I am satisfied and usually can get an appointment on the day I call, which is a bonus. xx

Been with Taylor Veterinary Practice for over 40 years. I have always found the vets to be thorough when assessing and treating our dogs. Their kindness and compassion when we have had to say our final goodbye to them was so appreciated. Would recommend them to others.

I've been dealing with Gary at Cathkin over the last few weeks. Gary has been great with my Border Collie Murran, sadly she passed away today. His manner as a vet and a human being was fantastic, he was calm when I felt the pressure of making a very difficult decision and ultimately supported me in it's conclusion. Gary thank you!

Visited on a Saturday morning with my dog. Felt welcomed from the moment we arrived and checked in. I liked that there is a seating room area designed to cats. Smart idea for keeping some animals separate to reduce distress. All staff members were genuinely sincere and had a warm approach. Garry the vet that saw my dog was understanding, clearly passionate about the care of animals, he explained all possible options of treatment and allowed me opportunity to ask any questions. I felt that my dog had been attended to with love and care and genuine concern. Prior to my appointment I had spoken to Hannah on reception and she was extremely helpful and took the time to gather information in response to my questions. Much appreciated and polite. Thank you Taylor Vets

Receptionist, nurses and our clinician Valerie were wonderful, Valerie listened intently to our concerns about Monty, she was so compassionate and made friends with Monty .Gaining his trust before examining him thoroughly. She consulted with her colleague regarding treatments and kept me included and advised throughout. Despite the practice being obviously very busy that day , there was an air of calm throughout. I cannot fail to mention the wonderful assistance given to me by Pamela (the insurance expert) . Invaluable 😊. I left feeling my dog and myself had been in the best hands possible. Thank you to all
