From start to finish everybody was so lovely we’re not going to lie you had a bit of a panic about a little boy thought he had heatstroke but he only ended up choking on a bit of his food. He rushed him up to get them to get checked out and just for safety, there was no judgement. They were all lovely and all they wanted to do is make sure he was okay. They were even lovely enough to say if he started to act weird or drooling again during the night that the consultation charge would be waived as we already paid it once this is the first time I’ve ever had to use it out of our vet and I would definitely use it again, but I hope not to As a boy is nice and healthy now! Thank you to the great team that helped Milo!

We were referred to Vets Now by our own vet following a disappointing experience at another animal hospital, and it turned out to be the best decision we could have made. Our Golden Retriever, Skye, who recently turned 11, had been dealing with ongoing ear issues for months. After various medications and repeated visits, he was diagnosed with a cholesteatoma in his right ear, and surgery was recommended. We are insured, however our insurance had already been maxed out for the policy year. Despite this, Vets Now ensured we were fully informed from the outset about all treatment costs and options, which allowed us to make clear and confident decisions moving forward. Skye’s procedure was carried out by Mr Donald Yool at Vets Now Glasgow, and we couldn’t have asked for better care. He was exceptionally informative and supportive throughout, taking the time to explain everything clearly and ensuring we felt confident in the treatment plan. The surgery was a success, and Skye stayed overnight before coming home to begin his recovery. His surgical site was clean and well cared for, and the aftercare instructions provided by the nursing team were clear, thorough, and easy to follow. We’re very grateful for the professionalism and care shown by Mr Yool and the entire Vets Now Glasgow team, and we would highly recommend them for their expertise, communication, and excellent aftercare.

Recently we had to rush our GSD to the emergency vet hospital in Glasgow after he ate the core of a corn on the cob. As soon as we realised how dangerous it could be, we phoned ahead and they told us to come straight in. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredible. The receptionists were calm, friendly, and so reassuring, making a fuss of our pup and helping keep us at ease during a really stressful situation. The vet was outstanding — he answered all of our questions patiently and genuinely came across as someone who truly cared about our dog and his wellbeing. A special mention also has to go to the vet nurse who had the unenviable task of catching the sick when our boy brought the whole corn core back up in one go! He was so kind, considerate, and professional throughout. Honestly, I only wish this was our local vet because every single member of staff was amazing. Thank you all so much for taking such great care of our pup — you genuinely saved his life.

I can’t thank the Vets Now team enough for caring for Norman whilst he has been poorly. The reception team were welcoming, our vet Aimee was so reassuring and informative and talked us through all treatment options along with costs so we felt fully informed before making a decision. Norman is extremely anxious and I was worried about leaving him there however I was so pleased to hear how gentle and understanding they were with him! Would absolutely recommend trusting this team with your pets!

My dog was injured in a road traffic accident and needed urgent out-of-hours medical care. The service and care for my dog were excellent. However, without pet insurance the costs were extremely high, with each bill reaching thousands rather than just hundreds of pounds. I now have a £7k vet bill, but luckily she didn’t need surgery and should make a full recovery. I’m just grateful I still have her. ❤️

I can’t thank the vets enough for seeing my rabbit so quickly and adapting to his needs. My rabbit was very critical with stomach issues and they absolutely prioritised him and ensured he had everything to make a recovery. 3 days later and he’s now eating on his own and thats all thanks to the vets in Glasgow for understanding his needs and helping him. I also can’t thank them enough for taking my calls when I’ve been a paranoid wreck and ensuring me I’m doing the right thing and listening to my concerns and giving me advice and feedback. You’s are amazing and I thank you’s so much. A photo as a thank you from Paolo !

We are very grateful for the out of hours care we received after our 5month old puppy was ran over by a jogger and broke her leg. Vet Kaja was empathetic and went through many options with us, including estimate costs for the in-site ortho specialist. She agreed to show me the xray too which I really appreciated. The facilities behind doors looked neat and tidy, and my wee one seemed comfortable cuddling with a nurse. Freya is now recovering from surgery and is doing much better. Thanks a lot 🤍

Thank you Olivia & staff! We can’t thank Olivia enough for the care and kindness she showed while helping look after our cat Thor at Vets for Pets. She was so patient, gentle, and reassuring during a really stressful time for us. It was clear she genuinely cared about his wellbeing and took the time to explain things and keep us calm too. We felt completely confident leaving him in her hands. Such a lovely person and a real credit to the practice – thank you, Olivia We also can’t fault the team at Vets now as a whole. From start to finish, everyone was professional, compassionate, and incredibly supportive. The practice is well organised, communication was clear, and we always felt listened to and taken seriously. During such a worrying situation, it made a huge difference knowing our cat was in such capable, caring hands. We’re so grateful for the level of care provided and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this vets to anyone.See less
