This vet practice forgot to lift the phone to me 3 times about medication my dog had run out of and had been on a steroid prescription from them for years, even gave me a prescription for a different K9 god knows what size or breed compared to my small dog ? Never got the impression it was about the love of animals paying customer might not have a super posh voice but a paying customer nine the less would not use again! When the time came to say goodbye to my beloved dog I took her to a different vet I was so annoyed at the oh we should have called 5 days ago and 5 days of a dog being ill ! Speaks volumes

Great experience with Beechwood Vets. Growing up they looked after our family cats until it was their time to pass and looked after them right to the very end. So much empathy and respect from staff when we lost Maisie and Junior. As an adult and having my own pets it was only right I’d return here with my own guinea pigs and dog. Always happy to help, especially having the app which is so handy! They helped with our rescue dog so much and always check over our little piggies. Overall very positive experience over the years and the staff are second to none and always give you the time.
