It’s rare to find a place where you feel both valued and reassured, but Real Vet’s delivers exactly that. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for compassionate, knowledgeable, and professional care.

I had a great experience at the clinic with my dog, Scooby. The staff were kind and welcoming from the moment we arrived, and the vet took the time to explain everything clearly. They handled Scooby gently and made him feel comfortable during the examination. The clinic was clean and organized, and we didn’t have to wait long. I really appreciated the conversation about Scooby's health. I would definitely recommend this clinic to other pet owners.

If I could give them zero I would. After a long and difficult time with our dogs health that resulted in us having to get independent advice (because they just kept taking my money) they refused to give us a refund on hundreds of pounds worth of unopened medication less than 24hours after I left the practice. The reason I asked for a refund and to return it was because our dog had to be put to sleep. 2 months after our dog was put down, they have just called me to confirm my contact details! they’ve had multiple phone calls to explain my dog is no longer here. which really shows how they run things. AVOID

Low waters only seen us a couple times at the very end of our dogs life. Every member of staff was absolutely amazing. They were so kind and caring at the end of our boys life. Highly recommend and wish we’d moved our boy sooner than we did to them. Thanks everyone x

We have been with Low Waters Vets for almost 2 decades now and the care, support and dedication to our dogs well being has been nothing short of INCREDIBLE. Our beloved mini schnauzers Tigi, Rubi & Monty (all sadly now in dog heaven) and our current mini called Eddie have all received wonderful care form the Low Waters team. Through their lives (and their passing) we probably saw Lesley the most and she was the vet that walked us very gently through the euthanasia of the first dog we lost - it was daunting and terrifying, but Lesley was so compassionate and supportive and prepared us well for what was to come. We've got to know all of the team over the years and ALL of the vets, vet nurses and reception staff are truly fabulous. We have always felt in very safe hands and everything they have done for us was 100% in our beloved dogs best interests. We still have our wonderful Eddie and hope that he is with us for a VERY long time to come.

Bitterly disappointed with service .. we had to have our dog put to sleep on Tuesday . You can imagine the emotional state we were in at that time and left immediately after. This is the third dog we’ve had pts and always have done this . This time we assumed he would be sent to crematorium like before but when we phoned today Friday to ask about his ashes we found he was still at vets as crematorium has to be paid upfront . We asked why we weren’t told about this new way of doing it at the time or by a phone call to be told they were giving us time to get over it . They had ample time to tell us when we were giving consent to put him to sleep as we chose the container his ashes would be put in at that time too .. so if we hadn’t phoned today how long would he have laid there .. as it is he will be there all weekend as it was too late for him to be collected today . I’m afraid after 25 years with this vet this last year I’ve found it’s gone downhill . Paying for two visits for same thing to find there isn’t anything they can give us so why asks us to go a second time two days later . that time it was diaherra . Both times she got a health check .. both times paid for . I’m afraid I’ll be looking for a new practice.. really really disappointed and upset about this as when we pass the vets we know he’s still in there . It’s bad enough having to go through all the upset without this being added to it . More so when it was left up to the receptionist to tell us I’d have thought when she went to check someone in authority would have taken over ..

Outstanding medical guidance and care from Lilly. We had never been to this vet before, or had any dealings with them, arrived with an elderly jack russel with a torn cruciate ligament who was in distress. The response we got from Lilly was incredible. Her manner and disposition put our dog at ease immediately, the care and attention she provided was some of the best i have ever experienced from any form of medical profession in any country i have ever been in. Coupled to this was her ability to articulate calmly and clearly the options available, she put my pregnant wife and i who were both in distress at ease and was honest and kind and professional. So grateful to have met someone like this who is a consummate professional at one of the most difficult times for us and our pet. This employee, their decorum, their knowledge and their honesty put us at ease. A fantastic employee to have and a credit to any organisation, i would poach them if i worked in this field. Dr J Mahon and Counsellor Z Mahon.
