I have a very difficult dog - the way they accommodate her is really really lovely.

I love this vet practice because of many reasons: I appreciate the attitude of staff to my pets. I have a dog and a cat and each of them requires a special approach (the cat doesn’t like humans, the dog doesn’t like dogs 🤪) which they get in Muirhead Glenbrae Veterinary Clinic. I love sense of humour and support in the clinic. Because there are several more Glenbrae vet clinics in Glasgow, if there is a need to do ultrasound or some other demanding tests or treatments, we can go to other branches (it’s a bit a way to go but is worth it). Finally, the pet plans are very helpful, especially when I have an old dog that sometimes requires frequent visits to the vets.

Yesterday, my dog’s hind legs suddenly paralysed so required an emergency consultation. I rang the emergency line and was told to pop in to the clinic immediately and my dog got examined by the vet in about 10 minutes. The vet explained patiently to us every step of the examination and finally found the cause. My dog was given a jab and some medicine and his legs are now back to normal. The vet was professional and gave my dog all necessary checks from head to paws - can’t thank her enough. My special thanks to the receptionist (I forgot to ask her name), she’s always been very warm, welcoming and professional, she’ll go above and beyond to make us and my dog feel welcomed - nothing seems too much trouble for her. She’s definitely an asset to the clinic! And for an emergency consultation plus the medication, the fee we paid was reasonable. Highly recommended!

I took my dog Chester to the confidence clinic at Glenbrae because he is very nervous and was not letting vets touch him . The clinic was fantastic and all the staff were lovely and reassuring . Arlene who took the confidence clinic achieved more than I thought was possible with Chester and made the clinic an enjoyable experience . Chester and I will miss going in each week to see her .

Been here for almost 3 years, also have another family pet at the Bishopbriggs branch for about 16 years. Good vets, staff and sound advice and they genuinely care - not just after the money. Very passionate lovely people.

Been taking our two girls here for about 5 months now and could not recommend this vet highly enough! The staff are so wonderful, always helpful and knowledgeable. My cats don't get stressed ever on visits instead the opposite, almost always being happy to see the nurse or vet!
