Was seen really fast & all the staff was so friendly & helpful would recommend to anyone with a pet to go to this vet.

Staff are lovely and polite. Amazing with the animals that visit. Have been registered here for a long time and wouldn't go anywhere else. 10/10

After 3 weeks of ownership brought Casey my German Shepherd girl into have Vaccinations, worming tablets and advice because she was bleeding a bit from the rear end she is in season. Casey was weighed had her temperature taken not the most pleasant experience for a dog but Irene James the Vet was superb and kept Casey calm and spoilt rotten with treats, so we will be back for all future treatments. Chose Martin Vets on recommendations, very glad I did 😀 👍.

Myself and my wife claire would like to thank the lovely vet who had to put our hamster fudge to sleep today. My wife was devastated and was in a mess. The vet was so sympathetic and gentil with fudge.it means alot. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. A little pic of a happy healthy fudge taking a treat from her mums mouth 🤣💔💔

Always very attentive and clear in their communication when explaining options. I always feel that Malie is in safe hands when she needs treatment. Would highly recommend

Staff are always friendly and welcoming. The vets are caring and put my young dog at ease. They explain what treatments are for and provide any information I need. As a first time owner, I want to do the best I can for my pup. Matin Vets help me to do that.

Professional and caring service provided for our 3 dogs over the last 7 years. Appointments are available quickly and consultations are not rushed and all the vets take the time to explain everything in plain language and offer treatment options where possible. The best testimonial comes from our Labrador Georgie who LOVES going to the vet particularly as she knows there's a gravy bone (or 6!) to be begged from the vets and receptionists. Our 2 collies aren't quite that enthusiastic but they are never worried or nervous as they know everyone is kind and gentle to them. Highly recommended vet practice.

If i could give 0 stars i would. Since they have been bought over you get spoken to like a child over the phone and not even allowed to finish explaining why you are phoning. Horrendous times for appointments now, quicker getting booked in at your GP. Honestly never experienced service like this in the past for however many years i have used them.
