Good luck to you and your animals using this vet. Used to be a great service but not anymore.

Been going here a year now with my pup and always found staff to be friendly and helpful, registered with their care plan so had couple visits for jags and some minor health issues and always received helpful advice and found veterinary staff to be thorough. Like that it’s inside pets at home for treats and a new toy as a reward after a trip to the vets 👌

If you love your pet avoid this commercial operation. All about the £ for them.

If I could give negative stars I would. I brought my cat here due to not eating and weight loss. The vet barely looked at my poor cat, she said it was his teeth and I'd need to get bloods done for 300 and then gave me a quote for further 750 for dental work. She ignored the sore on his chin and the sore in his mouth, that I pointed out to her twice. I felt that I was basically ignored and when I called to speak to the vet I was told 'I don't see what more I can tell you, I've put it in an email'. Due to all this I decided to go to another vet, within SECONDS of the vet looking at my cats mouth she advised that my poor cat had a huge tumour on his mouth. His teeth may have needed a scale but not the things this company said needed done. The whole experience is hard enough never mind having to deal with incompetence of this degree. Money isn't the issue here, I'd pay anything if I could make my boy better, sadly it can't ever happen. But I feel this company is just completely focused on money! I genuinely feel they'd have done the 'dental work' taken over 1000 pounds for me then told me my cat had an inoperable tumour, either that or they have absolutely no experience or they simply don't care.

My family have had the privilege of using Vets4Pets at Bishopbriggs for the last 13 years and 3 months. Their incredible, kind, caring team looked after our wonderful yellow Labrador Meg from the day we took her home until earlier this week when they helped her pass painlessly and peacefully from this world into the next. We all feel the deepest sense of gratitude for their outstanding care for Meg at every phase of her life, and although we are all devastated beyond words to lose her, we cannot begin to thank them for how they have looked after her throughout her life with us and beyond. Animal owners can sometimes be snobbish about the idea of “chain vets”, but we could not have wished for our darling Meg to receive a higher standard of compassionate and expert care over the years than she received from Vets4Pets Bishopbriggs. Thank you all so much, for everything.

Sure I've made feelings clear before. Dogs and cat cope admirably and they are always seen and dealt with sensibly, even if ones a plonker on occasion. Said plonker waiting patiently to be seen just cause I could.
