The vet nurses were very kind and considerate, they have fixed two of my cats and my male cat was very nervous when having his pre-op, the nurse got him out the carrier then gently took her time with him, gave him some reassuring pets and overall I felt they explained the procedures processes and risks very well. After my pets had been operated on they were very detailed about care instructions and when giving the anti-inflammitory meds I liked that the dosage was marked on the syringe beforehand. I also appreciate how there is an online service as one of my cats had a bit of a red eye, instead of stressing him out and dragging him to the vets I can just send in a picture of it online and get advice that way

Aww both my cat and kitten had a great experience here. There was major drama getting them there. But, as soon as we were in they settled. Behaved lovely for the wonderful staff. Such a busy place that does so much for animals. Donate if, and when you can. Lovely staff to my pets. You can feel the warmth from these wonderful humans. Thank you from us all. God willing we will only need check ups, but I am so happy with the way my cats have been treated. I have to say that I was given great advice, and not judged at all for being a raw feeder ๐๐๐๐๐email communication good too

I've found the front staff, the vets and the dispensing staff all wonderfully respectful and helpful. I used to go the the Shamrock St branch but my experiences with that branch had been the exact opposite of the exceptional service at Glasgow East.
