This vet practice couldn't be any better, from the receptionists to the nurses and vets, all of them are so welcoming and friendly. the exotics vet is honestly so lovely and chatty as well as very informational. it was my first time being at this vet practice with my Galah Cockatoo and i couldn't be happier with the visit!

We had an emergency with our cat (thankfully he's going to make a full recovery!), and the team got us seen incredibly quickly. Everyone was friendly, and the vet was both compassionate and clear in explaining what was going on. We’re really grateful for the care and support we received during a stressful time.

I had no complaints until the last couple of months, the girl at reception with the blonde hair has the most terrible attitude. She sits with an angry face on pretty much barking at people, no patience, no customer service, just an angry little girl with a terrible attitude. I dread to see her on shift when I arrive. All of the other receptionists are lovely and give you a smile, I don’t know what is wrong with this one girl. The vets are all lovely people too apart from the European man, he miscalculated my pets weight claiming she was severely underweight and caused a panic, I went to a second vets who confirmed my pet was not underweight and he’d significantly miscalculated somehow when the digits are in front of him on the scales. I also found that when I asked him with help about a matter, he raised his hands and said I won’t be dealing with that however all of the other vets I’ve dealt with in there are hands on and ready to help immediately.

Have used this vet for over 10 years but am looking into moving my pets. They used to be good but now it's just money, money, money. 1. Introduced full upfront payment when booking vaccination boosters (when appointments are usually months away!) Never wrote to customers to advise them and relied on posters in the waiting room. 2. Charged £110 for a same day emergency appointment. 3. Expensive fees for assisting with insurance paperwork. This practise has gone downhill and appears to very much be a profit over pets business. This is the reason pet insurance is increasing so steeply and people are being priced out of owning or helping their pets.

I brought my cat in after she'd had an adverse reaction to a worming tablet, she wasn't eating, disorientated, wobbly on her feet, off balance then couldn't stand. Panicked, paid £110 for an emergency consultation, vet Kay was dismissive when I mentioned that I thought her symptoms were caused by the worming tablet, suggesting that my cat may have gotten antifreeze, or maybe something else...it was the worming tablet, I knew anyway & the rude vet didn't listen to me. She gave my cat an antisickness drug, tried to prescribe mirtazipine (a strong human antidepressant)...I refused this, I've seen what it can do to people. My poor wee cat was worse after seeing the vet, still displaying neurological symptoms, her eyes turned inward this time, with her head & legs twitching, I thought she might die! She recovered at home over the space of 5 days. I was way overcharged for meds the last time I visited too, looked online & found exact same meds for a quarter of the price. Also recommended to start feeding her their more expensive hypoallergenic food. Vets 4 Pets don't care about our pets, they just want our money

Terrible. Lack of professionalism and knowledge from staff. Giving wrong treatment, to which it has been clearly explained the symptoms but somehow decided to ignore them. Additionally they charge you an extra fee of £60 when you start a care plan with them - this fee is pure invention giving that VetforPets in other UK cities don’t ask for this. Would not recommend this clinic to anyone.
