We had our first visit with our very elderly dog Storm on Monday. I apologise if I'm wrong but I think the vet who dealt with us was called Stewart. I was very anxious at the appointment and my mind was put very much at ease, myself and my partner were made very comfortable and everything was fully explained to us. More importantly Stewart was a dream with my big old lady, she was treated with nothing but kindness and respect and we left with a plan to keep her more comfortable that we were very happy with. Vet visits can be expensive but this is the first vet I've been to where the price wasn't a shock at the end, prices were discussed as the appointment went on, cheapest options were fully available and things were not pushed on us at all. All in all a lovely practice with a great team dedicated to your pet.
