To say that this practice goes above and beyond for their clients and patients is an understatement, particularly Catherine who took our old lady ('senior citizen') under her wing since the day she arrived in Scotland - until her final days. 🙏 The reception staff (lyndsay, Steph, Paige, etc) have all been outstanding throughout our difficult journey with our girl. The care, empathy and compassion we have recieved as a family has been 110%. 💜 Nothing but praise for the whole team who meet and treat not just as clients but with a personal touch. 🌈 Thank you from us (and Keira from heaven) ♥️🐾🪽

Again another wonderful visit for my boy. He loves coming here, everything is so relaxed, the reception staff are so welcoming and friendly. Today we were treated by Abbie. Now after a wonderful explanation of how his treatment will be carried I felt reassured and confident he would be in safe hands. I never feel they treat us as just any customer, they take a personal interest in your pet, which is how it should be. I recommend this vets practice to anyone looking for a friendly personalised experience. Thanks again Vets for Pets for looking after my boy. Xx 🐾🐕🦺

Dorota was amazing with my cat. He had soft tissue damage to his back paw. Full examination. Excellent service. The reception ladies are lovely too.

Lovely local vets. I have two dogs registered there. Friendly staff and so helpful. Giving me space to make my own decisions but the knowledge to make an informed decision. The vets are so knowledgeable and happy to talk through all options which makes me feel comfortable to make my decision. Plenty of leaflets in reception area. Scales in reception area so we pop in monthly just to do weight checks and allow the dogs to get accustomed to the smell amd going to the vet haha staff happy for us to pop in. Book online or via the phone. They send regular deworming medication in the post. The consultation rooms are great space for health check ups. The practice does minor and major Ops and have a pet hospital for overnight cases. The staff take such great care from advice over the phone if needed to how well they manage and deal with the pets. Hours have changed which is so beneficial Open later and on sunday

Truly and wholeheartedly the best vets we have ever had the pleasure of visiting. Every member of the staff in the building should be so SO proud of what they do, from surgeon to receptionist. There is such time and consideration taken into each appointment, with the exemplary care and sympathy. Courtney will always receive a special mention from me with her skill and humour, and Sam most recently has looked after us with outstanding knowledge and kindness. Pricing is always fair and sourcing medication is efficient, but nothing compares to the level of service that we have felt this past week in particular. You always want to do what's best for your pets, and the comfort we have knowing we have Vets for Pets Falkirk on our side is second to none. A big thank you, Ruadh & Julian 🐾

We moved to vets for pets several years ago. We chose to move here due to the late opening times and weekend availability and we were super grateful of this choice last night. I had to contact them for an emergency not long before they were due to close. All the staff were incredible, understanding and extremely supportive and saw our little lady. We were given all the info we needed, medication and advice and our little girl is home and hopefully on the mend. ❤️🩹 thank you again to all the staff. Love Minnie 🐾
