We've been bringing our dog, Louis, to this clinic since we moved to the area around 13 years ago. The staff here have always been so lovely and friendly with him, whether on the reception or the vets who have seen us. They're patient and gentle. A few years ago Louis was put on long-term medication to manage a heart murmur. The staff explained the options, including that of paying for a written prescription and buying the medication online to save money. The Pet Health Club plan they offer has made caring for Louis as he aged more affordable too, by including all consultations and vaccinations. Recently our (now elderly) companion become unsteady and stopped eating. After helping us eliminate some treatable conditions, Shannon helped us keep Louis comfortable in his last few days and her compassionate advice made sure we avoided any pain and trauma at the end of his long, happy life. They coordinated Louis' cremation, the return of his ashes, and provided a paw print and clip of fur to help us remember him. My husband and I are truly grateful to Shannon and all of the other staff at Grahams Road for their care, not just at the end, but over many wonderful years. Thank you for everything. 🫶

Warm, friendly welcome to both of us, more so woody 😊.The veterinary nurse made woody feel at ease with treats a plenty as he likes to act rather nervous (method in his madness). Waiting area has had an upgrade too. All in all, a very pleasant experience as always. Keep up the good work.

Grahams Road vets are an amazing vet clinic. Everyone there are lovely, knowledgeable and extremely compassionate. My cats Lily and Princess both crossed the rainbow bridge at Grahams Road vets and they took care of arranging the cremations of both of my girls. Shannon was Lily's vets for over two years and she was just incredible even though Lily definitely didn't make it easy on her. She was there at the end for both Lily and Princess and she made something unbearable more bearable with her kindness and compassion. We got given fur vials and paw prints with a card from both Lily and Princess from the vets. I will definitely come back again one day as they really are just amazing people and I wouldn't want anyone else taking care of my pets.

Great experienced staff, always a warm welcome, not a bad word to say about this place, they deal directly with insurance companies to save you the hassle. Further addition to last review, we have since, sadly have our wee dog put to sleep, what a harrowing time for us, but they were very understanding and helped us through this, wee Bobo passed very quickly and painlessly, weve just received a sympathy card with her wee paw print, what a lovely thought, I'm sitting here crying my eyes out now, but really really thoughtful of them sending such a lovely gesture.
