Had to visit the vets last week with out poorly cat, unfortunately he was an old boy and sadly we had to say goodbye. I can not thank the staff enough for their help and care.

We sadly had to get our cat euthanised after he very suddenly took unwell. The care and support i received during this was exceptional. Everything happened so quickly yet i was kept informed, given choices and most importantly was with my boy as he passed. I am very grateful to everyone for the care shown.

Thank you so much to Cathrine our Vet for such wonderful care today in very difficult circumstances. We said goodbye to our elderly German shepherd and Cathrine and all the staff made the worst day as good as it could be. For 10 tears we have had the best of care for both Beemer and his humans. A brilliant team.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Was our first visit and it was nice to know the vet knew Luna’s history. Everything was explained clearly. Would maybe have liked a breakdown of costs as the price of the appointment came as a surprise. But the service was great and the vet and nurse were very good with Luna.
