I enjoy how transparent they are Veterinary treatment options are laid out clearly from worst case scenario to best case scenario. There is no pressure to do one thing over another. Reception staff are great and will give you advice over the phone for minor issues.

All four of our dogs needed checkups before getting their annual flea, tick & worming meds. The vet made their visit very relaxing and fun - with enough treats to keep them happy too! Great service and vets you can trust.

The dogs had their annual boosters jags, we were taken quick. Our male dog is a bit unsure of new people but the vet was great with him. Which kept him calm allowing the vet to carry out the essential checks. Our Female dog, well she's so calm anyway, allowed the vet to carry out her checks. We have been at Lomond Hills Vets since we got our oldest dog (he's almost 13). It has changed hands since but we are always treated well.

Everyone at this clinic is really friendly. They are a big help keeping track of everything my dog needs like vaccines and dewormers, they explain everything very thoroughly, and they are amazing at keeping my nervous dog relaxed!

High standard of service. Staff welcome you and your pet with a friendly hello and a smile. Pelos was in for her vaccination and the vet spent a good while speaking to Pelos whilst giving her lots of tickles and patting. This continued throughout the consultation and injections. So Pelos was settled throughout with no anxiety or panting. Would highly recommend them.
