I was so impressed with the service here, as it was my first time with this practise. I accidentally booked for the Mayfield practise and they changed the appointment to the correct one within 30 minutes of my appointment and no charge!!!! My cat is a rescue and so very nervous but the vet was wonderful, his handling of her was confident and gentle. She didn’t even notice her vaccine! Overall, I’m excited to continue visiting this practise, and Eva is too :)

I'm working up in Edinburgh for the Fringe and brought my cat again this year. When she got poorly I needed peace of mind that she was in good hands, away from her normal vet, and that is exactly what I got. Very prompt, thorough and helpful!

Braid Vets are my local vets which is always an enjoyable visit. Not only is the proximity for us great, the staff are friendly, welcoming and empathic without exception. Our dog Sonny is treated like a VIP and he knows it; even when passing the surgery"s shop front, he makes an expectant beeline in the hope of calling in for a complimentary biscuit 🙂🐶🐾

We have three cats and we always use the same two vets in the practice and they are thorough and knowledgeable and treat the cats so gently. Over the years, we’ve visited other vets who are not as good as Braids.

Our two cats, Farenji and Dubba, are so, so lucky to have this team of vets on their side. They’ve both either had unfortunate health issues or have eaten things they shouldn’t (**cough cough** Dubba the master sneak), and Braids has dealt with us and the two of them like family. They always get us in, keep us posted of their status, and treat the boys with the absolute best of care. Beyond that, even when I call with silly questions they always take the time to assure me or help - and I know they’re so busy! We couldn’t love this practice enough.
