We appreciated a very quick appointment. A pity our cat, Moglie, turned into a lion when faced with bloods being taken! This issue was rectified in an appropriate manner and bloods were taken next day. I appreciated Malcolm's evening call the next evening to discuss Moglie's blood results.

Over the last 8 or so years, we've relied on oak tree vets to care for our various pets. I have had nothing but positive experiences, and can't recommend Jen and Malcolm enough. All of the staff have always been friendly and accommodating.

As always we had the most friendly experience at Oak tree vets earlier this morning. The veterinary nurse that cut our Guinea pig nails was so lovely. Professional and attentive as always and extra nice to our little girl Guinea pigs 🐹 The welcome we had from reception also lovely! Guinea pigs love their visits here ❤️

My cat goes for regular hydrotherapy with Jenny (Physio) due to him having been recently diagnosed with hip dysplasia. Jenny is great with him, always gentle in her manner and took time at the start to get him used to the environment and the treatment. He has come on so well during this time. I would definitely recommend her if your cat / dog requires this type of service.

Exceptional service! They gave us great support with Minnie's delivery and the care of her puppies. Now Winnie, one of the pups, is also a happy patient. Always friendly, kind, and very professional. Teddy, Minnie, and Winnie are in the best hands. I recommend them 100%!
