Always a friendly welcome on arrival. Vet's competant and knowledgeable. Always mindful of how nervous my dog was, I usually always have the same Vet, which helps with her anxiety, eventhough she usually goes for her vacinations and health checks, which is included in the Health Plan we have.

This vet service is terrible. It is so difficult to get to speak with a receptionist at your vet office. It is owned by a big corporation who have now automated the way you contact them with an automated phone line somewhere down in England. It's meant to get the vet practice to get in touch with you but they hardly ever do. It is very unreliable and unsettling. It's OK when you do get to see a vet but everything else about the practice is terrible. Very very expensive.

We had to take our dog urgently to the vet. They were really helpful at seeing us at short notice and we felt reassured that she was in good hands. We then had to take her quickly to the provost branch in St. Andrews for diagnostic blood tests, etc and had wonderful support there too. The vet there was also very helpful and knowledgeable. Our dog was treated very quickly and has since recovered well. I would highly recommend this practice.

Lovely and caring team. They were the only one vet around, who went the extra mile and helped us when we needed to form a plan to help our dog being examined but would not travel in the car. Now he can, and we can visit the practice, they take time, ask a question before they proceed, which makes the whole process quicker and easier on everyone, while still maintain gentle and proffesional approach to the animal. Thank you. You are amazing

We are new to the area and have visited Provost Vets twice with our cat Charlie and on both occasions we've found it a great practice. We've been given quick appointments and the receptionists are very welcoming. The vets have been very caring and gentle with Charlie who is very timid. They managed her treatment in a very knowledgeable and effective way. We would have no hesitation in recommending this vet practice.
