Really compassionate staff, I honestly can’t fault them. They take the time to listen and understand. I have used Alphavet for the past 6 years and there has never been any judgment and they have always went out of their way to show kindness and give the best level of care.

All the staff are very kind helpfull and reassuring when necessary .My now 12 year old Border Terrier who has been a client since we got her as a puppy loves her visits and can't wait to get in.When she had a slipped disc a few years ago care was quick and efficiant and after referal to vet hospital and operation made full recovery. A great team.

Have used Alpha vet for many years. Staff are excellent. All the staff are genuinely caring, I experienced this with my dog Finn, staff were excellent and very caring for his end of life. I had no hesitation to stay with the same vet practice with my new dogs.

Very impressed and reassured with the expertise and kindness of the clinic. And especially delighted by the greyhound savviness - which I think is a good sign, even if you don’t own a pet with such atypical characteristics. And, after living in the US for a while, we were very pleasantly surprised by their interest in saving us money - and being patient and pragmatic with our elderly hound.

Having tried the other vet in this area previously there is no comparison on who to choose or recommend for their caring & understanding of my 2 Komondors needs.Emma made them feel at ease they showed no anxiety or felt scared, I wasn’t rushed during consultation which was important to me her professionalism was exceptional I would recommend this to practice as my first choice to everyone in the area.

The team at Alpha vet in Kinross were absolutely fantastic with our dog Penny. She needed teeth removed and they were kind, showed a great deal of empathy and were so good with her. They explained the whole process and reassured us along the way. Special thanks to Becca who was so professional and kind. She is a great asset to the team. A huge thank you to everyone though. We were very apprehensive but knew Penny was in safe hands. We are very fortunate that they are only a few minutes away too. Highly recommended.

Very professional and helpful staff, no surprises on fees. The practice is spotless inside and out, waiting time is literally less than 2 minutes ( previously booked). They absolutely do their best and even more. Highly recommended. Ps. Ozzy said thanks for being so gentle with my booster 👍
