The vets here are top notch. The front room staff are great too. I have the petplans here and it covers mostly everything routine. I have health insurance for everything else and they deal with Pet Plan directly. For me this has always just been a hassle free, worry for nothing place to have all my Pets registered. Its a hospital too so its got 24 hour care and can handle most things in house. Recommended...

Had to take my dog to the vet due to an injury. As always, the vet Sophie was pleasent and took really good care with my dog. She was professional and caring. We did not feel rushed at all. The reception staff were friendly and all areas I could see were clean. Very happy 😊

Something was not right with my dog in the morning I was pretty scared for her. I called Ingles and got an immediate appointment. I was expecting to pay a large sum of money as it was a Saturday afternoon and expected the Emergency fee. To my surprise there was not one as Ingles Dunfermline operate 7 days a week throughout the day. Upon arrival we were seen immediately and my dog had a thorough exam. The vet was amazing and we left feeling supported and cared for.

Sadly our wee Sasha had come to the end of being here with us , unfortunately the time had come to say Goodbye-LAURA helped us through this very sad time putting our wee Sasha to sleep 😴 🐾🐾🐾🐾Thank You Laura for your empathy & caring. Sasha is missed like all our other pets that have sadly passed through the years with the help of this Practice. We still feel Sasha she was such a joy 🤩 Thank you all for taking the time to TRY & make the process as easy as you could 😍❤️

Inglis Vets offer a home visit for pets. This is so helpful for us as one of our cats is very nervous and gets extremely stressed by being in the pet carrier and the journey in the car. We have always had excellent service from Inglis in the last thirty years.

Myself and my partner took our very loved dog Nala to Inglis as an emergency appointment with a suspected pyometra. Nala was very very poorly but we were met with the loveliest team (a very special shout out to Daniel and Kerri) who gave us nothing but kindness. What was a very distressing and upsetting time was made a whole lot easier thanks to their expertise and support. Nala is now back to full health and has loved popping in to see the team at her follow-ups. I really couldn’t recommend Inglis enough and we will continue to sing their praises, thank you so much again for saving our Nala 🐾🤍

Staff are absolutely fab, so helpful and so kind. Have been a few times for both emergency and regular appointments and they’re always very on time and very kind while also professional. Their own pet plan is a great thing to have too

I've had really positive experiences (from all but one) of the vets we've seen, the vets are kind and attentive BUT prices are high and you have to ask for an itemised bill which isn't professional or fair. I don't like that they seem to push Petplan, yesterday was the first time they didn't mention it. They tried to charge me more today than the price I was told it would be on the phone, they immediately cancelled the higher price and charged me what I was initially told it would be.
