My wife and I recently decided to switch from our our old vets to 3 Bridges Vets. We have two senior female cats and we were not happy with the way we were being treated at our old vets in terms of the overpriced services and accounting errors. Frankly, this was the best decision we have ever made. 3 Bridges Vets are absolutely amazing. The surgery is in such an idyllic setting. And the modern building does not detract from the surrounding forrest. There is plenty of parking available on site. The staff are incredible. Everyone from the receptionists to the nursing and veterinary staff are so friendly and their love for animals comes through in the way they deal with their customers. Our cats feel like pampered princesses when they visit. All the costs are transparent and are much more affordable. It is so much easier to pay and then claim from our pet insurance. We are thoroughly delighted and we highly recommend 3 Bridges Vets to any owners out there who expect the very best for their pets.

This review is purely based on Animal Health Certificates! Very disappointed on the cost of having AHC’s for our two dogs from our vet. We can have a vet come to our home and do the paperwork for £130 but to go to the vets, £300. It’s a simple paper exercise, takes minutes and an example of the great British public being ripped off! Apart from AHC’s, they are a great vet worthy of five stars but we will obviously not be giving them the AHC business, very disappointed!

We have recently just registered with 3 Bridges and can only say wonderful things about the team there. One of our pups ended up having an issue with one of their eyes and the team done everything possible to ensure we had an emergency appointment that day. The team are so friendly and their love for animals truly shows.

We have been using this vets practice for over 2 years and are very happy with the service. Friendly staff and not excessive charges like large chain vets.

Outstanding service and easier to pay then any other vet we've been to over the years. The pet plans offer outstanding value for money and everyone we've dealt with has been very skilled and very pleasant. Can't recommended highly enough.

Love this vets, kind, caring and great value for money - after being elsewhere for 11 years moved here and was apprehensive but have been amazed. Bridget is incredible as are all the staff here, and I feel like the dogs are well looked after. My younger one hadn’t even had his check up when we first joined and needed an emergency procedure after an accident and I called en route… they sent us straight to the Vet Specialist Hospital. Would highly recommend.

10/10 would recommend! Went here last week with my cat Smudge who was suffering from a giant lump on his face, was able to register online on Saturday and book an appointment for Monday morning. Two hours before appointment my cat burst open his lump and turned out it was an abscess the vet herself was absolutely fantastic and really put my mind at ease and explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. We were sorted within half an hour and on our way home again with meds. I ended up having a question a day or two later so just popped over an email and got a response from the vet herself the next morning was so impressed and Smudge is now on his way to a fast recovery :)
