Great service. Reception advised of a short delay on arrival meaning we could take a short walk round the block. Trainee vets pleasant and speedy. Vet arrived promptly after initial checks and focussed on the issue, checks and next steps for which a procedure was scheduled within a couple of weeks. Really impressed with the service and customer support. A massive improvement since my last visit earlier this year.

Oscar was living his best life at his recent vets visit. He loved the attention from the 2 lovely young vet students and also the vet herself and when the dreamies came out, it probably made his year. Great team in there and very friendly and caring.

The care that the students and the vets themselves take is excellent. They listen intently to concerns for your pet and you are never hurried. Any advice or medication is explained in detail and clearly done. All costs are advised. You are left knowing that the best has been done.

All the staff have been great in taking care of my wee dog who needed a wee bit of tlc after being a little overlooked when I took unwell. They have gone above and beyond to make sure his needs were taken care of and I can't thank them enough for their help. I've seen first hand how they care for animals like they would their own and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering a new vet practice for their little fur babies.

Today my little border terrier Daisy was seen by Sophie Burdett. Sophie was amazing. Very professional and had a genuine care to listen and understand what has been going on as to why my dog was limping. She quickly got to the route of the problem advised us the next step and long term care for our little hound. Thanks Sophie a credit to Inglis Team.

The care and support provided by the whole Inglis team is nothing short of impressive. I lost my beautiful min pin Cleo recently at 14 years old. The ongoing treatment plans and medical expertise allowed Cleo to live a long and somewhat healthy life. I cannot thank you all enough for the support, care, empathy and thoughtfulness shown by every member of the Inglis Team. We received a hand written in sympathy card, and I'm touched to hear that Cleo's personality made an imprint on your hearts too. With thanks. Carolyn, Mark Sinclair 🐾

Our first time using this veterinary practice and I was impressed. I found the level of care and knowledge particularly high from the Student vets. The examination and diagnosis of my dogs skin problem was thorough and I was appraised of everything being checked during the consultation.
