I have been taking my cats to this surgery for the past nine months. While the vets themselves have been great, the communication and follow-up from the practice have been consistently disappointing. I regularly find myself having to chase for test results, paperwork, and updates. For example, my cat had blood tests over two weeks ago. I have called the surgery multiple times for the results and have repeatedly been told that a vet will call me back. More than two and a half weeks later, I am still waiting. More recently, my cat was diagnosed with diabetes and I was asked to send over his glucose readings for review. I sent these several days ago and called to ask when they would be reviewed, only to be told that the vet handling the case is not back until next week and that no other vet can review the readings in the meantime. This means waiting almost two weeks to find out whether my cat is on the correct insulin dosage, which is extremely concerning. Unfortunately, this lack of communication and delayed follow-up has been an ongoing issue since I joined the practice. I appreciate the care provided by the vets when I do see them, but I do not feel that clients should have to repeatedly chase for important information or wait weeks for responses regarding their pet's health. I am now seriously considering moving to another surgery because the current level of service is simply not acceptable.

I have a great relationship with the team at streatham hill vets. I have many rescues that come in the practice - from foxes to cats and kittens. The team are very helpful and accommodating during the most challenging times of emergencies. They will try their best to help assist and advise you. Thank you for your service and continued support with the rescues and pets that come to your practice.

We were referred to Advanced Veterinary clinic to vet Jacob by our vet. Our cat Simba had surgery here and I can’t thank the team enough. We were really anxious about the surgery, but Advanced clinic made the whole experience as stress- free as possible. The vets nurses and the receptionists were so gentle, explained everything clearly, and kept us updated the whole time. From the first consultation to post- op check-ins, the staff was professional, kind and patient with all my questions. Thank you to the whole team for looking after our boy. Highly recommend to any worried pet parent! Special thanks to vet Jacob!

Very disappointed with this clinic. You pay £55 for a consultation where the vet only checked my cat’s temperature and did nothing else. Additionally, when my cat was brought in for neutering, he did not have any fleas. However, when I picked him up after the surgery, he was full of fleas, which was very concerning. I also paid almost £200 for a blood test, but the sample was lost and no one even informed me, I had to keep calling to chase the results myself. No one took responsibility for this mistake. I had booked another test, but later received a call saying no doctor was available. When I asked for a full refund and a copy of my cat’s medical history, the receptionists were extremely unhelpful and even laughed on the phone while I was explaining the situation. After three weeks of emails and phone calls with no response, I only received my refund after threatening to report the matter to the police. Additionally, they took money for a charity donation without my consent. Overall, this experience was very frustrating and unprofessional. I do not recommend this clinic.

I originally used this practice for an emergency appointment for my cat but have decided to have her come her for ongoing treatment. Such great service and the longer opening times are much easier for people who work 9-5 style jobs

A great experience as usual; my Cleopatra was treated as a queen, called by her name and given some cuddles too. We were there just for a vaccine but she was also given a generic check up and the doctor answered me all the questions I had regarding her nutrition. As soon as we came in, we felt welcome by a relaxed and cheerful atmosphere. It is a five-star vet clinic for sure and I couldn't recommend it most!

Incredible people! Everyone was really kind to my kitten. They even have a waiting room for cats to go to for a calmer experience. I had a million questions for the vet and she took the time to answer them all to make sure I and my little fur baby was comfortable. I was referred to this vet office by my neighbor and definitely recommend!

Streatham hill vets saved my beautiful cat and i cannot recommend them enough. They claimed on the insurance for me, they did absolutely everything and the staff were so amazing. Their prices compared to other vets also were so reasonable. Absolutely fantastic. Thank you Vet Nick and all the lovely staff for saving my cat.
