I'm so grateful for the whole team, who always take such brilliant care of my girls when we visit. I've never had cats that get up to *so* much mischief before, in particular our 'problem child' Jinx who recently found and unwound a string toy and ate a metre of string with a bit of the metal rod attached... within an hour of discovering this, we were seen in Meopham and given plenty of options and information to best inform our decision of how to proceed. It was a highly stressful situation, but made so much easier by being kept up to date throughout with kind and reassuring phone calls and having absolute trust in the wonderful team. I can't thank them enough for looking after Jinx so well

Genuine, caring staff. Clean, modern site. Puppy socialisation sessions to aid their confidence in vet visits. Free of charge. Treatment prices are high, but this seems to be general across all veterinary surgeries.

Amazing vets. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I took my 10 week old retriever puppy for his 2nd vaccination. He didn't feel a thing. Was given some helpful info to help with his land shark phase. We signed up for pet health club which is exceptional value. They also have an onsite groomers. I would definitely recommend this vets. Think my puppy will be very happy here

We recently registered our puppy at this vet clinic, and her first vaccination went really well. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming—a young, professional team that made us feel comfortable right away. Our puppy, Skye, wasn’t too scared, which speaks volumes about how gentle and caring they were. We also enjoyed our first conversations with the team, and the whole process felt smooth and reassuring. Hopefully, our next visit goes just as well. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for a kind and professional veterinary team!

I just wanted to share how grateful I am for the incredible support Sophie has given me and my dog Willow on her weight loss journey. Thanks to Sophie’s guidance, empathy, and practical help, Willow has already lost 2kg — and the difference in her energy and mobility is amazing. From the start, Sophie has been kind, understanding, and genuinely invested in helping us succeed. She provided clear advice on the type and amount of food Willow should be eating, and she’s been with us every step of the way through regular check-ups and encouragement. Her approach has never been judgmental — just supportive and full of compassion, which really helped me face the challenge as Willow’s owner. Importantly, Willow hasn’t missed out on anything. She’s still had plenty of nutritious, satisfying meals, and she’s even become less picky and more enthusiastic at mealtimes! It’s been wonderful to see her transform into a happier, more energetic dog who no longer struggles with her mobility. We still have a little way to go, but with Sophie’s ongoing support, I feel confident and reassured that we’re on the right path. Thank you, Sophie, for everything — you’ve made such a positive difference to both of us!
