The staff are all so welcoming and kind, and very knowledgeable and helpful. We even got a puppy welcome pack with lots of great items. Our puppy loves the whale toy! The vaccination was done so expertly that my puppy didn’t even feel it! We got a lot of information and advice.

Chris was amazing, it was my first appointment with my little rabbit and he was thorough, understanding and reassuring. He was friendly and talked me through everything. If you are looking for a local welcoming vets, I would definitely recommend.

I have been a customer of Pennards for about six years, throughout that time I have always felt supported and well advised by both vets, nurses and reception staff. Unfortunately I had to have my beloved 14 year old frenchie pts 4am Christmas Eve, we chose Pennards because they have their own out of hours, the comfort of not having to go to some random vets practice is important to me. A new era begins with a new puppy, despite the fact I have had several dogs, the information I have been given is very welcome, ideas and practices change. I have chosen Pennards to help and support this new friendship.
