Pennard Vets - Borough Green

Been meaning to write a review about Ella for a few weeks now but was all too raw. Last month we had to say goodbye to our family dog Vince. He was blind, deaf, and had some dementia. Ella knew the sensitivity of this and was simply, utterly amazing in such a horrid situation. She explained to the whole family why it was best for Vince to go to heaven rather than keeping him going for our own benefits. She explained how everything was going to happen and reassured everyone in the family he wouldnt suffer. This was heartbreaking for everyone but with Ella's professionalism and guidance we said goodbye to Vince. Ella and the rest of the team look after all our other dogs and they are simply the best vets I've used in years. Thanks again Ella and the lady on reception that day for taking such good care of us and our beloved boy Vince. X

Wonderful practice everyone always so helpful and kind , I would not take my dogs anywhere else.

I've moved to the area recently and took my dog for an introductory meeting. We were given a warm welcome and the vet was kind and gentle with the dog. We're signing up for the monthly plan, which is great value for money will bring peace of mind.

This is a very over due review my dogs have been frequent flyers at Pennards, Borough Green for many years. I can’t praise them highly enough it’s one thing to be fantastic knowledgeable Vets but the compassion and empathy of all has been truly wonderful. In particular I have to mention Vet Ella and Anna on reception, who have been there for us in the hardest of times and really do go the extra mile. When my dogs have needed operations the team at Sevenoaks have been professional and caring, I wouldn’t go anywhere else I TRUST Pennards and that means everything.

The staff were welcoming, encouraging and kind. They put Daphne at her ease very quickly. The whole process was straightforward and I felt that the staff had the very best interests of my Daschund puppy at heart.

Fantastic service as always. Ella is an amazing vet who takes great care with our family pet. She is professional, caring and empathetic. We had to put one of our beloved cats to sleep earlier this year and she was absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend Borough Green and Ella

Took my handsome 8 week old Cock-a-Tzu Benny to the vets for his first vaccinations. Pennards were brilliant, they got everything we needed sorted quickly and helped us complete our pet club registration early to make sure everything was covered. He loved the vet and the receptionist so I feel confident that I won't have issues there in the future. Pictures of my beautiful boy, just because ❤️
