Lovely vets, brilliant with animals, very friendly and give all the information you need about treatment, I am more than happy with all the care my dogs have had from them, thay will also tell you if treatment is not a medical treatment if it is cheaper to buy on line, very, very helpful and I would recommend them to anyone.

We love 🧡 pennard vets, vets are always friendly, caring & care about the animals. Our dog now has heart disease & doggy dementia they are so…good with our little old man 🐶 medication is always available & they also advise you where to go to get it cheaper with a prescription from them! Highly recommend wouldn’t go anywhere else! Thank you Pennard x

I rang on the day and got an appointment at the West Malling branch, a couple of hours later. A lovely vet and all the staff are kind and courteous. The surgery was, as always, spotlessly clean and tidy.

We have just had our French bulldog operated on from the recommendation of our vet and the whole package of care from start to finish was amazing including the aftercare service provided. We could not recommend Penards highly enough for everything.

The lovely team at Pennards go above and beyond to care for our kitties Bennie and Lulu. We have brought them in for all sorts, and have been in 3 times in the past week to get help with Bennie’s lethargy. The vets are extremely attentive and assuring, not to mention they respond extremely quickly to messages and calls. I often joke that it’s easier to get medical appointments for our pets than for humans these days! We have even brought Bennie in when he got his coat covered in wall paint. We are extremely lucky to have the team at Pennard West Malling as our local vets. Thank you!
