The team at the West Kingsdown practice are so lovely, the vets, nurses and reception staff, especially Sam, really make you feel welcome, relaxed and informed. My Border terrier Wilf absolutely loves going in for his health checks. I'd recommend this practice to any pet owners.

All the team at West Kingsdown MEDIVET treat owners and pets with professionalism and kindness. Nothing is too much trouble, and they all have such fondness for every pet visitor. I highly recommend this practice. Jules and Loki Bass 🐾🐾

Fantastic service as always! Been with them for 10 years and no issues, my little Jack doesn’t like people at all! But has always been a gentleman with the staff so shows his happy with them too 😁

We had our first visit with our new puppy, Clootie, and were really impressed. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience very positive. The vet gave Clootie a thorough check-up and provided clear advice on vaccinations, flea and worming treatments. We appreciated the information on pet insurance — it’s a challenging area to navigate, so the temporary Pet Plan cover was a helpful way to give us time to research other options. The health plan offered by the practice also seems like a great way to support Clootie’s ongoing care. Overall, we’re very happy with the service and look forward to future visits. Thank you!
