This practice took in my cat who had died on the road. They assessed the cause of death, contacted us to notify us and kept him unit he could be collected, all in the most respectful manner.

I have to say the vet has nice attitudes during the consultation. However, I’m quite disappointed with the overall professional judgment and early intervention. My cat had already shown obvious discomfort symptoms one week before developing urinary retention. Unfortunately, no relevant risk warnings about potential urinary problems were given at that time, and no targeted preventive measures or care suggestions were provided either. With no early reminder and timely intervention, my cat eventually ended up with acute urinary blockage, which could have been prevented if the early signs had been valued properly. I appreciate the friendly attitude, but I still hope the clinic can pay more attention to early subtle symptoms of pets and give proactive medical reminders to avoid unnecessary suffering for cats.

Very caring staff the vet loves my dog even though he doesn’t love her and would love to sink his teeth somewhere. Thank goodness for the cat muzzle.

Love Medivet Petts Wood - everyone has treated our cat with so much kindness and patience. A huge shoutout to Lauren - the Head Vet Nurse - I had some questions around our cat’s behaviour and general anxiety about being a new cat parent and Lauren treated me with so much understanding. Lauren took the time to provide helpful advice and give her expertise. I left feeling a bit lighter and more confident. People like Lauren are what makes all the difference - I felt understood and equipped to handle our challenges. Huge thanks! 🤩

The staff are friendly and caring. When my cat had a medical procedure recently, we were given detailed information and he was very well cared for 😊

Awful vets - had the most horrendous experience there when our beautiful cat had a car accident. Complete lack of care and compassion - avoid at all costs

We saw an excellent vet at short notice on 18/9, he was very informative and caring, our dog had a limp and he put our minds at ease that it wasn’t anything serious and gave us good advice
