I've recently moved to Orpington about 6 yrs ago. Although I've known it since I was a kids having gone to school round here. We have three cats, all of them have been to this veterinary hospital and every time they have been given exellalant treatment. This is a vets that goes just that extra mile. They really care not just about your pets/furry friends, but they care about how it effects you.

Happy with the customer service and really helpt me and my cat Dasiy. Also as I was on benefits they also directed me to the RSCPA. A special thank you to Christina who works for St Pauls and Janet from Bromley RSCPA. And also the vet doctor who seen her. DAISY had a wonderful life. And well look after. More than 5 🌟

They have amazing vet lady Joanna- the most knowledgeable vet I’ve even come across. Mark is also really good. Don’t know other vets but I enjoy taking my precious boy there. Sometimes there is some slight delay but I dot complain at the price point of services they are offering I believe it’s fair. Overall very happy so far :)

Wonderful service from such a caring team. Rebecca has looked after Parker with great kindness and has given us wonderful advice. She treats Parker as an individual patient and remembers him from previous appointments which means a great deal. Thank you x

The best decision to join these guys with our 5 French bulldog rescues. We have sadly had the tough decision to put two of our beloved dogs to sleep. From start to finish the entire team have been fantastic sympathetic and respectful. They are always bubbly and happy to help. Fantastic vets

Over multiple consultations, Florin demonstrated a consistent lack of empathy and poor professional judgement in communication. Recommendations were delivered in an insensitive and dismissive manner. As a result of this experience, we have now changed veterinary practice.
