We have used Vets for Pets/Companion Care Orpington for many years. We have always received the best support and treatments for our cats and have just registered 3 new kittens with them. The staff are always so friendly and the Vets are simply brilliant with our animals. They are always there on the phone or in person for any query I have had or treatment when needed. When we have lost our dear cats in the past couple of years they literally dealt with everything and we are grateful for this. Thank you to the whole team.

Paid for puppy and kitten pack £110 each. (3 kittens so 330 quid) First vaccinations all fine Second set turned up to be told the vet is busy with an operation so could they weigh and vaccinate kittens without us present. A let down but understand so accepted. Then told they didn't have the flea and worm treatment so we'd have to order it and will vost us £3. We said no. It's psrt of the package we want that part refunded or we want the work done that we've paid for. They said it takes 5 days to arrive... I asked her tp check with the actual vets. She returned and told me they have it but cannot administer it as she isn't trained to do so. So the vets will give it us to take home. She doesn't know of we can handle the kittens immediately or not. Edit: You know what...these solved the problem inside 20 minutes... the girl is in training. Credit where it's due. They didn't deserve the 1 star they initially recieved.

2025 **** I forgot I already done a review! Update to say thank you for being so supportive and to everyone who has been very kind. Also a special thanks to Candi for going above and beyond to help with dietary needs etc 2019 **** The woman with red hair on reception was LOVELY! Last time I didn’t have a great experience but this time... wow! She was so so lovely and accommodating. After having a csection and having to arrange a lift to pets at home that day, she explained that I would have to order and come back the next day for treatment. I apologised for not knowing and explained I would need to get a lift the following day (not expecting her to change the rules) She said “you know what... we aren’t busy let me go and sort that for you. It will save you getting someone to bring you back down.” She asked me about the baby etc She was personable and so so understanding She went above and beyond out of her way to help me That is customer service at its finest!!! Well done for getting someone like her on board! It makes such a difference to your day when you come across gems like that!!! Thank you! Please make sure this feedback gets back to her!! Xx Jo (Tia the cocker spaniels mummy!)

I had to cancel an appointment to have my dogs nails clipped, as I had a bad fall, but they didn’t answer their phone. I then get 2 emails and a letter demanding PAYMENT for a “service” I didn’t receive, after explaining I had an emergency and then I get an intimidating letter telling me they’re going to refer me to DEBT COLLECTORS!! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID this vet “practice”

I must say the vets team, with a shoutout to Keelea and Eme, are the best vets practice I’ve been lucky enough to find for my cat. They are all extremely helpful, understanding and knowledgeable. They take the time to really get to know the animals and their owners, doing the best they can to help in any situation. As a nervous owner, with a cat developing kidney disease, I always felt she was in brilliant hands whenever we went in for an appointment. Even something as simple as ordering a new prescription or trying to figure out pet insurance, every team member was there to help. I have moved away from the area so sadly I have had to leave, I wish I could pick up the vets team and bring them with me. Muggle says (screams) thank you for always looking after her!
