Put my beloved cat to sleep with much compassion from the vet and without being rushed. Leaving the building with a bill of nearly £700 and no cat was not ideal. However, this is the cost of veterinary care and I was aware of the cost in advance. The most important thing was the compassion and kindness to my girl in her last hours.

Today I took Bobby to the vets, I didn’t catch the lovely lady’s name but she was ginger. She was so kind and patient with my nervous old boy. As much as Bobby hated the visit the vet was fabulous and I will be returning with Mr G shortly to hopefully see the name lady! Many thanks queen x

Our cat Hazel 15 years sadly had to be put down. Information and empathy from the vet was appreciated and helped us deal with her passing at this very anxious time particularly my daughter who had a strong connection with Hazel. We have good memories she is in our thoughts she had a wonderful life

I’m pretty sure my puppy got sick just to go back for a visit and extra belly rubs. Everyone there has been amazing. Friendly, great communication and comforting when worrying about what’s up with the dog. Highly recommended! And here’s the happy patient.

Would never recommend - not good for pets or pet owners. So rude and disrespectful. Just wanted to get money and wasn’t providing information when questions were being asked for my pet. They threatened to call RSPCA, and said I would have to pay £800 upfront for operation or my pet would be put down and dead. The threatening notion of the urgency to pay ASAP without even explaining why and what’s gone on was insane. My pet had a little scratch and they shaved the leg of my pet and made the wound worse. Seemed like this would be done so they get more money RSPCA then got called to my home for ‘neglect’ from them and the guy said there’s no Problem with our pet and we shouldn’t return to vets for pets because they just scam and ask for money and don’t actually care for pets. He advised us to go to an independent vet instead to avoid this horrible experience. Feel so harassed & unhelped.
