We’ve had a great service from All Creatures treating our special dog Chester for 13 1/2 years. Unfortunately we said our good byes last week and the team at Windsor Dr made it much easier for us as a family. The time everyone dreads is making that decision and it helps to have a sensitive team around you to make it a little bit less stressful. They changed their diary to accommodate us and provide continuity of care for Chester and arranged the vet Felia and Fay who Chester knew well to be present. This made him feel more at ease than having a stranger. We also had the surgery to ourselves so we could privately grieve. The whole process was calm and it was carried out with professionalism and compassion. I highly recommend All Creatures. A picture of our gorgeous boy ❤️

So kind, efficient & polite. I phoned Saturday morning and even though they were fully booked they happily squeezed my cat in as they knew I was worried. They gave him a full check up, injection and follow up appointment on Monday.

Great vets. Been going to this practice for over 20 years and our dogs have always had the best attention/advice. It stills feels like a family run vets, where the primary concern is solely the animal's welfare. Can't stand that corporate vibe that seems to be everywhere these days, where its mainly about making huge amounts of money.

I switched to this practice after another one i took my dog to told me there is nothing wrong with my jackachu, it is all in my head £200 please! My dog was totally traumatised by the shot in the dark proding and jabbing! When i took her to this practice a nice man vet told me probably arthritis in her right knee. The x-ray confirmed. However, vets change as they do everywhere. At the last health check up appointment, i told the vet there is change of behaviour could you check her ears? She did but missed her cataract in both eyes. The vet was busy trying to sell me me expensive tests. She tried to get me to agree for a blood test to see if my dog had hyperactive thyroid. My dog was on the chubby side so it was highly unlikely. When my 15 year old dog started to breath rapidly, the vet immediately proposed a series of tests. One feels guilty for not opting for them. After more than £1200 in tests injections, no obvious reason was found. Meanwhile i was watching my dog's quality of life seep away nit helped by the repeated visits to the vet. A week later we decided to end her suffering. I regret putting my dog through all these pointless (shot in the dark) tests. To be fair, this could have happened at any other practice. They are all the same. Gone are the days when i used to take my cat to a one vet practice, no fancy machines just physical examination where he would say there is nothing wrong with your cat, no charge! no physical examination took place for my dog, it did not happen until it was too late. I am astounded that the vets underestimate the toll of the trauma they are putting small animals through with their shot in the dark tests.

My dog had a tick behind her front leg and I wasn't confident I could remove it successfully so I registered her with All Creatures Chelsfield which was prompt and straightforward. Half an hour later we attended the clinic which was very friendly and welcoming. Laura was so nice to my dog, calm and friendly which I think made the tick removal easier to manage. Within minutes we were all set to leave happy and healthy. The clinic was running slightly behind schedule, but we were kept informed of this and regularly updated on how long the wait would be. A much less stressful encounter than with our previous vetinary clinic - thank you Laura and Ellie :)
