We had changed from our usual clinic, and the vet took the time to read the entire clinical history, examine our dog and explain everything clearly to us. I had a great experience and felt confident about the next steps in my dog's treatment. The receptionist was also kind and efficient from the first call. Lovely team – highly recommend it!

Having had to change from our usual vet due to them no longer seeing rabbits I cannot believe what a positive experience it was to take our house rabbit to Westhorne Veterinary Surgery. The receptionist was so lovely from the first call to leaving at the end of visit and the vet we saw was amazing. She checked him over so thoroughly and with such care I really feel like he has had a full and complete check. Will not hesitate to recommend this surgery to all my friends and family. Thank you very much.

I can’t say enough good things about the veterinary care my dog received. From the moment we walked in, the staff was kind, attentive, and made us feel completely at ease. The vets took the time to really listen, explain everything clearly, and treated with so much patience and compassion. It’s obvious they truly care about the animals they work with, not just medically but emotionally too. My dog snoop was comfortable and well cared for, and that meant everything to me. I left feeling confident, reassured, and incredibly grateful. I’m so happy with the care we received and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a veterinary team they can trust

I just wanted to say how very pleased we are at the decision to use Westhorne veterinary surgery, after recently rescuing a little dog that is very nervous and vocal, unfortunately she needed help as an emergency and was seen straight away by the staff who were waiting for us, after immediate care we could not believe it was the same dog that walked out with the Vet the Service and the staff was 2nd to none we are so pleased we chose to take our dog there after many years at our previous vets we are glad we made the change with our new dog. Thank you to everybody for the treatment the dog received Comes highly recommended. Even a follow up courtesy call which we have never had before to see how Ruby is
