Friendly professional staff, I was seen at my appointment time. I moved to the Animal clinic because previously I was told my cat had to have a descale and potentially his teeth out at a cost of £1000.00, I moved to the Animal clinic as the costs seemed less exorbitant, at the check up today I was given some advice on how to manage the condition at home and to keep the condition under review - a nice change not to be upsold an expensive potentially un necessary procedure all in all impressed with the clinic and I have definitely made the right choice in changing vets

We recently moved to the area and was worried about a new vets as our previous one was not great but our first visit was a complete change to what we experienced before. Everyone was polite, caring and welcomed questions and concerns. I was so happy that the staff were not dismissive nor mis handle my dog. They were patient with him and gentle and it showed they cared about animals and not just getting as many people through the door as possible to make money. Very happy with the experience. I hope this continues.

3rd trip to Animal clinic today for cats castration. I am still blown away with what an amazing vets this is. Today I didn’t get the vets name but it was the lady with pink hair and she was so knowledgable and attentive. Explained everything so thoroughly and spend lots of time making sure I was aware of the after care required following the operation. Was even available for a quick call when I got home to answer a question on keeping the cat collar on. I really think all the staff at this vet and the facility are absolutely wonderful. An absolute pleasure to know they are looking after my pet. They even seem like they really care and connect with the animals character. I’m so glad I found this vet practise. What peace of mind to know my pet will always have the best treatment possible and is well cared for and looked after when with them. THANK YOU!!!

We’ve been taking our cats here for a couple of years now and every visit has been a great experience. We’re always greeted with a friendly face, which instantly puts us at ease. The vet we always see is Nicki, who we absolutely love — she’s kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares. She takes such wonderful care of our Liza, and we wouldn’t trust her with anyone else. Highly recommend!

I can not recommend The Animal Clinic enough. They were absolutely fantastic with my bunny’s procedure ever so helpful and friendly. Betsy was well looked after and woke up from surgery very happy and was a great little fur patient as I was told by the vet. Thank you so much for giving Betsy the best care. X

We have been registered at The Animal Clinic for more than 10 years now. The team know our pets by name and always give them a warm and enthusiastic welcome. We are very grateful for the kindness and attention to detail with which they perform their roles. It is so helpful to be able to see the same vets year after year as they get to know our pets' quirks and characters. They can quickly spot when something isn't right as they know the animals. Staff are professional, friendly and experts in their field. Thank you!

I brought my two kittens for neutering and spaying and all the staff were brilliant. I recieved a call on the day to give me an update on their condition as promised, medication and instructions. They always answer the phone promptly and give you all the information you need. I'm very glad I chose the Animal Clinic, please keep up the good work!
