After a bad experience with another local vets, we were understandably anxious about our cat Ted needing surgery. From the moment we came here, the care, compassion and professionalism shown by the entire team was outstanding. Ted’s surgery was a success, and we are so incredibly grateful for the skill and dedication of everyone involved. We felt supported and reassured every step of the way, and it made such a difference during what was a worrying time. Thank you for restoring our confidence and for taking such wonderful care of Ted — we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this practice.

A little over a month ago we had to have our beloved boy of 13 years put to sleep. The staff are amazing. We called up over worries of a mouth lump. We were offered an appointment the next day. Sadly it was an inoperable tumour. They were so kind and respective of our pain. Coming to our room to allow payment so we didn't have to face other customers. They treated him with such dignity and love. They also gave us great comfort and helped us on this incredibly sad journey. We received a personalised hang written card of condolence which I thought was a truley wonderful thing to receive, it brought us to tears. A highly recommended practice. Thank you to all the team ❤️
