Brilliant vets. Took our chinchilla to see their exotic vet. He was fantastic, as was the brilliant nurse who held her. Very caring, both were so knowledgeable. If I could give more than 5 starts I would.

A little over a month ago we had to have our beloved boy of 13 years put to sleep. The staff are amazing. We called up over worries of a mouth lump. We were offered an appointment the next day. Sadly it was an inoperable tumour. They were so kind and respective of our pain. Coming to our room to allow payment so we didn't have to face other customers. They treated him with such dignity and love. They also gave us great comfort and helped us on this incredibly sad journey. We received a personalised hang written card of condolence which I thought was a truley wonderful thing to receive, it brought us to tears. A highly recommended practice. Thank you to all the team ❤️
