My cat has only been with this vet for a week and a half and the treatment and care she has gotten from the team has been nothing short of amazing. I cant recommend them enough and would give them more than 5 stars if I could!

The whole journey with my cats was surreal, starting at the beginning of the year. I contacted them to ask for help with one of my cat's behaviour, she became aggressive towards my other cat. I took both to the clinic, they were both fine except for the "aggressive" one having giardia. She got the medication, but I was told to contact a behaviourist and they said that the behaviourist would have required blood test for both cats. I did blood test, nothing came up. I asked for a behaviourist contact and they gave me one, I called her and she doesn't practise anymore. I then found another behaviourist on my own and sort out the situation (and the behaviourist never asked for blood test, so first £800 down the drain). I came back to them last month because my other cat (the was that was getting bullied) had a little lump on her side. I had Madison who looked and said she thought it was a cyst but better to check anyway, so she took a sample with a needle and she said she would have called me in the evening or day after. I wait 3 day and no news. I called them and they said they don't have the results yet and will let me know. They called me back later and said that they have lost the sample and to come back, they would take another one free of charge (really? Do you have to specify?). I go back with my cat, took the sample and went home. Madison called me back about 15 minutes later said it is a tumour and she needs surgery and she said the whole thing would cost about £1000. After that I started dealing with Lada who explained in writing about my cat's situation, she will need removal of the tumour, ultrasound, blood test and the tumour needs to be sent to a lab to be analyzed. We get the surgery straight away, when the results come back they said that it's low grade tumour with large margins which means that reoccurrence is unlikely. Some good news finally, they didn't last long. After not even 3 weeks I notice another little lump very close to the wound of the previous one that got removed, I took her back there and they use the needle for the sample. It's the same thing again, not even 1 month later... I thought they said that reoccurrence is unlikely. They recommend to get it removed, but no need for blood test and ultrasound or histology because we know what it is, so no point at this stage, but it's better to remove because it could become aggressive. Ok, let's book the surgery. Maybe one hour later I receive an email saying that they had a consultation and Dan said that she has to do everything again, so it will be almost another £1000. I called the clinic and ask to speak to Dan but he is unavailable and he will call me back. I never received a call back from him. One of the receptionist calls me back the day after to talk about the situation and I said that I asked to talk to Dan, obviously he is not available and he will call me back after 2 pm. 3 days later I am still waiting for the call...

Everyone at this vets was so caring when our Bulldog Spike died and they did a paw print for us and went above and beyond what they needed too. Also, the vet Lada is very gentle and kind to all our dogs and cats. She always explains everything and checks them all thoroughly. Our Chihuahua was really poorly for ages and we went to a different vets nearer to us to get him treated but after 2 visits he was still very ill.So we decided to go back to Anderson’s (even tho it’s further) and Lada diagnosed and treated him and he made a FULL recovery!
